Specimens! Snail Lab Interactive

This interactive was developed for the Specimens! Exhibit featured in one of the main Temporary Halls at the Field Museum in Chicago. It allows guests to play the role of an invertebrates lab intern and help the scientists catalogue snail shell specimens. Highly detailed 3D models of the snail shells were created from laser scans of actual Field Museum specimens. Guests were able to virtually manipulate and examine the shells in high detail via a 55" touch table.
